Yes, we pride ourselves on using eco-friendly materials such as beeswax, cotton wicks, and recyclable packaging.
To ensure the longevity of your candle, always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting and burn minimally 1 hour at a time. Keep the candle away from drafts to ensure it burns evenly. Place on a non-flammable surface.
All candles produce soot, however like soy, the soot from beeswax is not a carb-petroleum based soot because beeswax is a 100% organic resource that does not produce toxins when burned. The minimal amount of soot produced when burning our candles is the natural burning process of the cotton (kindling) and beeswax (fuel).
None of our candles have added fragrance at this time. The scent aroma is the natural scent of filtered beeswax.

Initial burn may have black smoke for a few seconds from hand oils the wick came in contact with while being made.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Place away from vents and ceiling fans as well as children and pets.
Place lit candles on a flat, non-flammable surface and pull apart about 1". If on wood, do not leave candle unattended.
Keep wick trimmed to 1/4" and extinguish if the flame becomes too high. A long wick can cause uneven burning.

It will take 3-5 business days. Shipping time is addition and time frame is dependent on the option you chose at check out.
If an item is broken upon arrival, we will send out a replacement right away. Please send us an email referencing your order number, which item(s) is broken, and a picture of the broken item. This allows us to file a claim.
If your order is missing an item, please send us an email about what you are missing, and we will ship it out right as soon as possible!
We do not accept returns on candles, however if your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please see the above section on contacting us. We will do our best to make things right on a case by case basis.
All items except candles can be returned for either an exchange or store credit. Twine and Ivory must receive contact within 7 days of the order being delivered. Customer is responsible for return shipping and will be credited with store credit of the original purchase prices less the initial shipping. To start a return, please email us with your order number, the item you are requesting replacement of, and return shipping address. We will respond with a return label.
You know what we know according to the tracking page the carrier provides. If your tracking status displays as "delivered" and you cannot find your package, please contact the carrier. If they have not responded to your inquiry in 1 business day, please email us your order order number and summary if the issue, and we will trying gathering more information from the carrier
Your order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. Please email us as soon as you can with your order number, and we will try to cancel your order before it ships.
Each items is handmade and therefore may have slight variations in finish, size, coloring, etc. We do our best to make sure that each similar item is as similar as possible. If you believe something is wrong with your order, please email us as we would like to make it right!
